1 General Provisions

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and to the same account used for the deposit

4.3 Identity Verification

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Example: deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met:

• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus)
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable

5.3 General Promotion Rules

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms — these must be read carefully.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
• bcc99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus benefits are misused, the account will be suspended and the associated bonus will be cancelled.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Policy

All games available on bcc99 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which is impartial and free from manipulation.

6.2 Bet Limits

Each game and betting market has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. bcc99 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.4 Game Errors

If a technical fault or malfunction disrupts the normal flow of a game, bcc99 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the staked amount. No additional compensation may be claimed in such circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bcc99 platform:

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately using multiple accounts or manipulating the system to gain bonus benefits.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Hacking & fraud: Attempting unauthorised access to the system, hacking software, or trying to gain an artificial advantage.
• Third-party transactions: Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• False information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use of bots: Playing games using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 bcc99's Rights

bcc99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Participation in prohibited activities
• Abusive behaviour toward the support team

8.2 User's Right to Close Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the account is closed, all active bets will be settled and any available balance will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability
